Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Battery Recycling Operative to join our team in Tyler, Texas. This role is crucial for the safe and efficient processing of various types of batteries, contributing directly to our mission of sustainable resource management. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain specialized battery processing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, categorize, and prepare various types of batteries for recycling according to established protocols.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures, environmental regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas, identifying and reporting any hazards or malfunctions.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of battery materials, ensuring proper storage and containment.
- Participate actively in all required training programs, including hazardous material handling and emergency response.
- Maintain accurate records of materials processed and operational activities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve production targets.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
