Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH AI Support Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the front line of support for users interacting with Google’s AI products, exclusively through text-based channels such as email and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clear, concise, and helpful resolutions to user inquiries, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating complex problems to specialized teams. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home in Zephyrhills, FL, while contributing to the global impact of Google’s AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional text-based support (email, chat) to users of Google's AI-powered products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common user issues, account inquiries, and technical problems related to AI services.
- Clearly communicate solutions and instructions in a user-friendly and professional manner.
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide valuable user feedback for product improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with new product features, updates, and support best practices.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintaining focus and productivity.
- Proficiency in using web-based tools and applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting information.
- Empathy and patience when assisting users.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts or a strong interest in learning about artificial intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a text-based customer support role (email, chat).
