Job Description
AdventHealth is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Administrative Executive to join our team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to gain valuable administrative experience within a leading healthcare organization. The successful candidate will provide essential support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to an efficient and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of physical and electronic files.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support department projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with AdventHealth policies and procedures.
