Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Processing Specialist with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain data. This 100% remote role involves accurately inputting, managing, and analyzing critical data to support our global logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and a keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity and assist in optimizing our vast network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain logistics and supply chain data into various systems and databases.
  • Monitor data quality and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key supply chain metrics.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Support inventory management, tracking, and order fulfillment data processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation related to data insights.
  • Adhere to data security protocols and company best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry and database management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain terminology and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certification in data management or logistics.
