Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Processing Specialist with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain data. This 100% remote role involves accurately inputting, managing, and analyzing critical data to support our global logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and a keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity and assist in optimizing our vast network.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain logistics and supply chain data into various systems and databases.
- Monitor data quality and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key supply chain metrics.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Support inventory management, tracking, and order fulfillment data processing.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation related to data insights.
- Adhere to data security protocols and company best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain terminology and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Certification in data management or logistics.
