Job Description
Are you a highly organised and customer-focused individual with exceptional written communication skills? BT Group is seeking a dedicated WFH Virtual Receptionist to join our Remote Desk team. This role is exclusively chat-based, meaning all interactions with clients and colleagues will be conducted through text and instant messaging platforms. You will be the first point of contact for many, providing vital support, information, and assistance from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming chat inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Manage and filter communications, routing complex queries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments for team members and clients.
- Maintain detailed and organised records of all chat interactions and client information.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required, utilising various digital tools and software.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, efficient, and effective support.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve virtual reception processes and customer experience.

- Proficiency in using instant messaging, chat platforms, and virtual communication tools.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
