Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Sports Video Data Labeler to join our team in Mobile, AL. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for meticulously analyzing and labeling athletic movements and events captured in sports video footage. Your work will directly contribute to the development of our cutting-edge dynamic athletic analysis algorithms, providing invaluable insights into player performance and tactical strategies. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of sports, and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately identify, categorize, and label specific athletic actions, movements, and events within video footage according to defined protocols.
- Utilize proprietary software and tools for precise annotation and segmentation of video data.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and consistency across all labeled footage.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine labeling guidelines and improve data collection processes.
- Provide constructive feedback on tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on sports-specific rules, strategies, and player movements relevant to labeling tasks.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure inter-rater reliability with team members.
