Job Description

The EA Career Kickstart program is a paid internship specifically designed for aspiring professionals with little to no prior industry experience. This unique opportunity will immerse you in the vibrant world of video game development, providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear pathway to understanding the industry. You’ll work alongside experienced developers, testers, and designers, contributing to real projects and gaining invaluable insights. This program is your first level-up in the gaming industry, focusing on learning, collaboration, and bringing fresh perspectives to our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in game testing sessions, providing constructive feedback on gameplay, features, and user experience.
- Learn and apply fundamental concepts of game design, quality assurance, or production under direct supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various stages of game development, from concept to release.
- Document findings, bugs, and feedback clearly and concisely for team review.
- Engage actively in mentorship opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to expand industry knowledge.
- Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to team discussions and project brainstorming.
- Assist with administrative tasks and project organization as needed to support team efficiency.
