Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and discreet MedSpa Support Worker to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our clinic, upholding our stringent privacy standards, and contributing to an outstanding client experience. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, who thrives in a fast-paced yet supportive environment. You will work closely with medical professionals and clients, making your contribution vital to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and clinic operations.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are sterilized and ready for use.
- Assist medical professionals during procedures, anticipating needs and providing support as required.
- Manage client intake forms, ensuring accuracy and completion, and discreetly handle sensitive data.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies, placing orders and restocking as necessary.
- Perform light administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Ensure the clinic environment is always clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.
- Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and ensuring comfort before, during, and after treatments.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a medical or spa setting.
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of privacy and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Medical Office Administration or a related field.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of medical spa procedures and terminology.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
