Job Description

As an Online Cloud Support Associate at Google, you will be a vital part of our global customer support team, dedicated to assisting users with their Google Cloud products and services. You will provide technical support through online channels, helping customers troubleshoot issues, understand product features, and optimize their cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to Google Cloud customers via online channels (chat, email, forums).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Google Cloud products, including compute, storage, networking, and developer tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers or product teams when necessary.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new Google Cloud features and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve product functionality and user experience.
