Job Description

This role offers convenient 4-hour shifts, making it an ideal opportunity for students or anyone seeking consistent, shorter work periods. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from company vehicles, conveyors, and sorting equipment.
- Scan packages and sort them accurately according to destination codes.
- Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs, occasionally heavier with assistance.
- Operate sorting equipment safely and efficiently after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth package flow and on-time departures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs unassisted, and heavier with assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods.
- Basic ability to read and understand package labels and sort instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment.
