Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented 18-year-old individuals to join our team as Data Processors. This entry-level position is ideal for those starting their careers and looking to develop essential office and data management skills. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the precise and accurate entry and maintenance of critical records, contributing directly to the integrity of our data systems. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various source documents into designated computer systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies to ensure high levels of accuracy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and records.
- Organize, classify, and file physical and electronic documents efficiently and systematically.
- Perform routine data quality checks and assist in correcting identified issues.
- Generate basic reports or summaries as required by supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data processing workflows.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data entry and record management.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
