Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Relations Specialist to join our global team, with a focus on creative talent engagement. This is a 100% remote position. You will be instrumental in identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with key influencers and creative talent across various platforms, helping to amplify Apple’s brand message and product launches. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the creative landscape, a passion for technology, and a proven track record in influencer marketing within the entertainment, arts, or digital content creation sectors. You will work closely with marketing, product, and PR teams to develop and execute comprehensive influencer strategies that resonate with our target audiences and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research top-tier creative talent, artists, musicians, filmmakers, and digital creators who align with Apple's brand values and product portfolio.
  • Develop and execute tailored influencer outreach strategies to foster authentic, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, PR) to integrate influencer initiatives into broader campaigns and product launches.
  • Negotiate terms and manage contracts with influencers and their representatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities in the influencer marketing space.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for influencer programs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Apple Inc. professionally and ethically.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or talent management, with a strong focus on creative talent.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the digital media landscape, social platforms, and influencer ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and manage high-profile influencers and creative professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
