Job Description

McDonald’s in Merchant City, Glasgow, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Quick Service Crew members to join our friendly team! We have multiple positions available across all shifts, offering flexibility and an immediate start for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages efficiently and according to McDonald's standards.
- Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring correct change and transactions.
- Replenish condiment stations, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
