Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Farm Hands to join our growing team. As a Farm Hand, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our farms, supporting various stages of crop cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planting, pruning, and harvesting various fruit crops (e.g., apples, pears).

  • Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision (training provided).
  • Support the preparation of fields and orchards for planting and seasonal changes.
  • Help with the sorting, packing, and preparation of produce for distribution.

  • Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve daily operational goals.
