Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part Time Warehouse Operative to join our team in Leicester. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our daily operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and inspecting for damages.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and follow established procedures.
  • Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labelling.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 15 kg regularly.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy to operate scanning devices.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
