Job Description
Join Ipsos, a global leader in market research, as an Outbound Market Researcher. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, conducting essential market research interviews. Your primary role will be to gather valuable data through telephone surveys, contributing to impactful insights for our diverse range of clients. Importantly, this role involves no selling whatsoever; your sole focus will be on information gathering and accurate data entry. We are looking for individuals who are excellent communicators, detail-oriented, and possess a professional and friendly telephone manner. Full training will be provided, making this an accessible role for those looking to start or grow their career in market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephone interviews with individuals from various demographics following provided scripts.
- Accurately record responses and data into our computer systems.
- Adhere strictly to survey scripts and research methodologies to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality during all interactions.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for completed interviews.
- Participate in ongoing training and calibration sessions to enhance research skills.

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to navigate online systems.
