Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Beauty Salon All-Rounder to join our vibrant team at our Lakewood, CO location. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients have a fantastic experience from start to finish, supporting stylists, and maintaining the salon’s pristine appearance. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and manage appointment check-ins/check-outs.
- Assist stylists with various tasks, including shampooing, rinsing hair, and preparing color mixtures.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and organization, including sweeping hair, cleaning stations, and laundry duties.
- Replenish products, towels, and supplies in styling areas and treatment rooms.
- Manage appointment scheduling and answer phone calls professionally.
- Promote and sell retail products, advising clients on suitable items.
- Prepare beverages for clients and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Sterilize tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks and restocking.
