Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Quality Assurance Associate to join our remote team, focused on ensuring the highest quality for our next-generation gaming titles. This is a 100% remote opportunity. As a QA Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues across various game features and platforms. Your keen eye and passion for gaming will directly contribute to delivering polished and enjoyable experiences to millions of players worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
- Accurately document, report, and track bugs using designated bug tracking software, providing clear reproduction steps and necessary information.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that resolved defects remain fixed and do not introduce new issues.
- Verify the implementation of new features and content against design specifications.
- Provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with development teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings, providing updates on testing progress and challenges.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the game being tested and its various systems.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate bugs clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- A genuine passion for video games and familiarity with various gaming genres and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance, customer support, or a related field (even if informal or non-gaming specific).

- Basic understanding of game development processes and terminology.
