Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive WFH Google Office Aide to provide remote administrative and operational support to various small teams across Stripe. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our teams, leveraging Google Workspace tools extensively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment. This role is perfect for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic tech company and grow their administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain team calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently using Google Calendar.
  • Organize and share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Drive and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up Google Meet links, managing attendees, and taking meeting notes.
  • Assist with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  • Process and organize expense reports and other administrative paperwork as needed.
  • Help onboard new team members by preparing necessary documentation and access to shared resources.
  • Coordinate virtual team events and activities to foster team cohesion.
  • Act as a central point of contact for routine inquiries and information dissemination within assigned teams.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure teams operate effectively and efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a remote setting.
