Job Description

Join the TELUS team as a Work From Home Customer Support Representative! We’re seeking empathetic and tech-savvy individuals to provide exceptional service to our customers across Canada. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with TELUS products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, and email.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to TELUS products and services.
  • Educate customers on product features and service benefits.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.
  • Manage call volumes and meet performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education.
