Job Description
Are you passionate about TikTok and understanding youth culture? We’re seeking a dynamic and dedicated Online TikTok Assistant to support a talented 15-year-old content creator. This unique role involves staying up-to-date with TikTok trends, assisting with content ideas, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and helping manage the online presence of a rising teen star. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity perfect for someone who is social media savvy, organized, and enjoys working with young talent to help them thrive in the digital world. No prior professional experience is required, just enthusiasm and a strong grasp of TikTok!
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor TikTok trends, viral challenges, and popular sounds to inform content strategy.
- Assist the teen creator with brainstorming new content ideas and concepts.
- Help schedule TikTok posts and manage content calendars.
- Engage with comments and messages to foster a positive and interactive community.
- Research popular hashtags and effective posting times for maximum reach.
- Provide technical support for basic TikTok app functions.
- Help maintain a positive and safe online environment for the creator.
- Communicate regularly with the creator and their guardian about content plans and performance.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge and active personal use of TikTok.
- Strong understanding of current youth culture and social media trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
