Job Description
Are you an Apple aficionado with a passion for helping others discover the power of technology? Currys plc is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic WFH Apple Brand Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the go-to expert for our customers, providing unparalleled support and guidance on Apple’s innovative product ecosystem, all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and demonstrations on a wide range of Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watch, and accessories.
- Assist customers with product selection, setup, and basic troubleshooting remotely via phone, chat, and email.
- Process sales orders, manage customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay continuously updated on Apple's latest product releases, features, and software updates.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and service level agreements.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Apple and Currys, embodying our values of exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Required Skills
- In-depth, demonstrable knowledge and passion for the Apple ecosystem and its products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote home office environment.
- Proficiency with remote communication and CRM tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, customer service platforms).
- A dedicated, quiet home office setup with reliable high-speed internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service, particularly within the technology sector.
- Any relevant certifications in Apple products (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional).
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote or virtual team setting.
