Job Description
We are seeking highly observant and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Phone Inquiry Mystery Shoppers. This is a 100% remote, part-time position with a focus on morning hours, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for conducting phone calls to various businesses, evaluating their customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to specific service standards. Your accurate and timely reporting will be critical in helping our clients enhance their customer experience. This role is ideal for self-starters with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, looking for a flexible work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone calls to designated businesses, posing as a genuine customer with specific inquiries or scenarios.
- Evaluate pre-determined criteria such as initial greeting, hold times, call handling, product/service knowledge, problem resolution, and closing remarks.
- Accurately and objectively document all findings and observations using our online reporting system immediately after each call.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, call scripts, and timelines provided for each assignment.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all aspects of the mystery shopping assignments and client information.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational abilities.
- Ability to follow complex instructions precisely and consistently.
- Reliable high-speed internet access and a private, quiet telephone line or VoIP service.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for online reporting and data entry.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines.
- A quiet and private home environment conducive to making professional phone calls.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or mystery shopping is a plus.
- Comfortable using various online platforms for data entry and reporting.
