Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and efficient Sales Call Transcriber with a strong focus on Lead Management to join our remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing sales calls, identifying key information, and inputting relevant data into our CRM system to support lead qualification and follow-up processes. Your work will directly contribute to the effectiveness of our sales and lead management strategies, ensuring that valuable insights are captured and actioned promptly. This role requires exceptional listening skills, speed, accuracy, and a solid understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe sales calls, converting spoken dialogue into written text.
  • Identify and extract critical information from calls, including customer needs, pain points, decision-makers, timelines, and competitive mentions.
  • Categorize and tag call content based on predefined criteria to facilitate lead scoring and routing.
  • Update and maintain CRM records with detailed and accurate information derived from sales calls.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and lead generation teams to ensure timely and effective lead follow-up.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all transcribed records and CRM entries.
  • Provide regular reports on transcription volume, accuracy, and insights gathered from calls.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of transcription processes and lead management workflows.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional listening comprehension and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to transcribe spoken language accurately and quickly.
  • High level of proficiency in data entry and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of sales terminology and lead management principles.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and collaborative platforms.

  • Previous experience in a transcription, data entry, or administrative role within a sales or customer service environment.
