Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our corporate legal team. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from a secure home office while providing essential administrative and secretarial support to our legal professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an excellent command of legal terminology, and proficiency in office software. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient workflow, managing correspondence, and assisting with legal documentation for our corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to corporate legal counsel.
- Manage and organize legal documents, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading agreements, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist with legal research, litigation support, and e-billing processes.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare expense reports and process invoices.
- Act as a liaison between legal professionals, internal departments, and external parties.
- Facilitate secure remote communication and document sharing using approved tools and protocols.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Executive Assistant in a corporate or legal firm setting (3+ years).
- Excellent knowledge of legal terminology and corporate legal processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal document management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Legal secretarial certification or associate’s degree.
- Experience with global corporate legal operations.

- Experience with e-discovery platforms or litigation support software.
