CGI Inc. is seeking a Voice System Training Assistant to join our innovative team. In this flexible, part-time, remote role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the accuracy and performance of our advanced voice recognition systems by recording, reviewing, and annotating speech data. Key Responsibilities
- Record clear and accurate voice samples following specific guidelines and scripts.
- Review and analyze recorded audio data for clarity, pronunciation, and adherence to quality standards.
- Annotate speech data with precise linguistic information, identifying errors or discrepancies.
- Provide constructive feedback on recording processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and linguists to understand project requirements and data needs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all project-related information and data.
- Adapt to evolving project requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Native-level proficiency in either French or English (bilingualism is a strong asset in Quebec City).
- Exceptional listening skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online tools and applications.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for recording tasks.
- High level of integrity and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in data annotation, transcription, or voice acting.
- Familiarity with linguistic concepts or phonetics.
