Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to work outdoors, learn valuable skills, and be part of a dynamic team? EcoShine Pressure Washing Co. is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join us as Driveway Wash Helpers. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of professional pressure washing and contribute to transforming residential and commercial properties. You will work alongside experienced technicians, assisting with various tasks to ensure high-quality results for our clients across Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians in setting up and operating high-pressure washing equipment.
- Prepare driveways, patios, and other outdoor surfaces for cleaning, including clearing debris and protecting surrounding areas.
- Safely handle and apply cleaning solutions under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and company vehicles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service while on client properties.
- Help with loading and unloading equipment at job sites.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor labor or a similar physical role.
- Familiarity with pressure washing equipment (even personal use).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
