Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients, manage appointments, and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, treatment rooms, and common areas.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after client appointments, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
- Assist microblading artists with client intake, paperwork, and post-procedure care instructions.
- Manage inventory of supplies, ensuring all necessary products are stocked and readily available.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with social media content, studio promotions, and event coordination.
- Observe microblading procedures and learn about different techniques, pigments, and client consultations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions as provided by the studio.
