Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UPS Search Quality Analyst to join our remote team. This role focuses on evaluating and enhancing the quality of search results, specifically with a Google and Bing focus, to ensure our digital content is accurately presented and easily discoverable by our customers. You will play a critical role in providing actionable insights to improve our search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, digital content relevance, and overall online visibility. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate search engine results (Google, Bing) for relevance, accuracy, and quality based on predefined guidelines.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in search performance and user behavior related to UPS content.

- Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to implement best practices and optimize digital assets.
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal search quality guidelines.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor search performance metrics and report on findings.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in all analyses and reporting.
