Job Description

Target is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Toy Store Crew member to join our vibrant team in Pasco, Washington. In this role, you will be at the heart of our toy department, helping guests discover the perfect gifts, organize engaging displays, and ensure a magical atmosphere for all ages. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, helping them find desired toys and offering product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing toy department, including shelving, displays, and promotional areas.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Unpack and stock merchandise, ensuring proper inventory levels and timely replenishment.
  • Assist with seasonal promotions, special events, and holiday merchandising.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs), and bend for extended periods.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
