Job Description

Concentrix is seeking a dedicated Search Quality Analyst with a Google/Bing focus to join our fully remote team. As a Search Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating web content, search results, and advertisements according to predefined guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the relevance and accuracy of search engine results for various queries, focusing on Google and Bing.
- Analyze web pages and content for quality, factual accuracy, and compliance with established guidelines.
- Provide detailed, objective, and consistent feedback on search engine performance.
- Identify emerging trends, patterns, and issues in search results that may impact user experience.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security regarding all project information.
- Adhere strictly to evaluation guidelines and quality standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Continuously learn and adapt to guideline updates and evolving search trends.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of current events, pop culture, and various online topics.
- Familiarity with major web search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) and their functionalities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as a search engine evaluator, content moderator, or data analyst.
- Proficiency with various operating systems (Windows, macOS) and mobile devices (Android, iOS).
- Experience with online research and data collection tools.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Linguistics, IT) is a plus, but not required.
