Job Description
We are actively seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Unskilled Workers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the work area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support skilled workers and other team members in various tasks.
- Perform basic inventory management, including counting and sorting items.
- Operate basic equipment after receiving proper training (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a general labor or retail environment (even if informal).
