Job Description
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Online Content Producer to join our fully remote team. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual passionate about digital storytelling and media creation. You will be instrumental in developing, producing, and optimizing engaging content for our various online platforms, reaching a broad audience. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and produce original digital content, including videos, articles, social media posts, and interactive experiences.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and design teams to align content with overall brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Manage content production workflow, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms and audiences, utilizing SEO best practices and engagement analytics.
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new content opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new content formats and campaigns.
- Perform basic video and audio editing, graphic design, and copywriting as needed for content creation.
- Track and report on content performance, using insights to refine future content strategies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition).
- Strong understanding of digital media formats, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging and shareable online content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and social media content strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- A portfolio showcasing previous digital content creation work (personal projects are welcome).
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
