Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple products and services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, allowing customers to experience Apple technology firsthand.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for Apple devices.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain an inviting and tidy store environment, ensuring products are displayed effectively.
- Stay informed about new products, features, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold Apple's high standards of service.
- Work diligently during weekend shifts, ensuring peak customer satisfaction during high-traffic periods.
