No prior experience in mental health is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided from day one. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct practical and emotional support to service users under the guidance of qualified staff.
  • Assist service users with daily living activities, personal care, and medication prompts as required.
  • Engage service users in therapeutic activities, social interactions, and community outings.
  • Observe and report changes in service users' mental state, behaviour, and physical health to the nursing team.
  • Maintain accurate and concise care records and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and review of individual care plans.
  • Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all service users.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
  • Adhere to all trust policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
