Job Description

Join Transport Canada as a Trainee Aviation Safety Inspector Assistant. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Aviation Safety Inspectors with administrative tasks, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Support the collection and organization of technical data related to aviation safety inspections.
  • Learn and apply Transport Canada's policies, procedures, and regulations related to aviation safety.
  • Participate in field inspections and audits as an observer, gaining practical experience.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of inspection activities and findings.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders to facilitate workflow.
  • Conduct preliminary research on aviation safety trends and incidents as directed.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefing materials and presentations.
