Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Traffic Citations Processing Clerk to join our team in Kissimmee, FL. This is an on-site, sit-down role crucial to the accurate and timely processing of traffic citations and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an exceptional eye for detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of administrative processes that support public safety and traffic management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming traffic citations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry.
  • Verify citation details against established criteria and protocols.
  • Manage and organize physical and digital citation records.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or gather additional information.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and processing schedules.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Operate office equipment, including scanners, printers, and computers.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support department operations.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or data entry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
