Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas according to Marriott's standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Clean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Restock supplies in rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to supervisors.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a cooperative team environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to work morning shifts consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
