Job Description
Join Teleperformance as an IT Systems Administrator, providing critical internal corporate support. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our internal systems, networks, and servers, ensuring our global teams have the robust infrastructure they need to succeed. This position requires a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in IT infrastructure and a commitment to delivering exceptional internal customer service. You will work closely with various departments to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and contribute to system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for internal employees.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within various corporate systems.
- Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and implement security updates.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent and effective IT service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and security standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy).
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
- Experience in a large, multi-site corporate environment.
