Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and wellness, with a keen eye for detail? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as Spa & Salon Mystery Guests. In this unique contract role, you’ll receive complimentary esthetic services (such as massages, facials, or hair removal) while evaluating the overall customer experience at our various spa locations. Your mission is to provide objective, constructive feedback on service quality, staff professionalism, facility cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend pre-arranged esthetic services at designated Hand & Stone locations.
- Objectively observe and evaluate all aspects of the spa experience, from booking to checkout.
- Assess the professionalism, knowledge, and demeanor of spa staff and service providers.
- Evaluate the cleanliness, ambiance, and maintenance of the spa facility.
- Complete detailed and comprehensive online reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Maintain complete discretion throughout the entire process, ensuring your identity as a mystery guest remains undisclosed.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to maintain complete objectivity and provide unbiased feedback.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Reliable access to a computer and internet for online reporting.

- Previous experience as a mystery shopper, particularly in the hospitality or retail sectors.
- Familiarity with spa treatments and the beauty/wellness industry.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
