Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Ushers to join our team for red carpet and exclusive evening events in Arlington, Virginia. As a Red Carpet Event Usher, you will be the first point of contact for our distinguished guests, playing a crucial role in creating an exceptional and memorable experience. This role requires individuals with impeccable presentation, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. You must be available for evening work and adhere strictly to smart dress code requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct guests to their designated areas with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Verify tickets or invitations efficiently and accurately.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding event schedules, facilities, and services.
- Maintain a calm and orderly environment, assisting with crowd control as needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Assist guests with special needs, including accessibility requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other event staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to strict smart dress code requirements at all times during events.
