Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Education Output Verifier to join our remote learning technology team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and pedagogical soundness of our educational content across various subjects and platforms. You will work closely with content creators, subject matter experts, and product development teams to verify that all output meets Chegg’s high standards for instructional effectiveness and student usability. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the future of education from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Rigorously review and verify the accuracy of educational content, including text, solutions, explanations, and interactive elements, across a range of subjects.
- Ensure content adheres to established pedagogical guidelines, quality standards, and brand voice.
- Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in content output.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to content creators and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test and verify new features related to content delivery and user experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of subject matter trends and best practices in remote learning.
- Participate in the development and refinement of verification checklists and quality assurance protocols.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content review and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
