Job Description
We are seeking a charismatic and dedicated Shop Host to join our prestigious Saks Fifth Avenue location in New Port Richey. As a Shop Host, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clientele, setting the tone for their luxury shopping experience. Your primary role will be to warmly greet guests, assist with initial inquiries, manage fitting room availability, and ensure the pristine presentation of the sales floor. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and contributing to an atmosphere of exclusivity and elegance.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all customers upon their arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage the flow of customers into fitting rooms, ensuring timely assistance and organization.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the sales floor, entrance, and fitting room areas.
- Proactively identify customer needs and gracefully direct them to the appropriate sales associate or department.
- Assist with basic operational tasks, including restocking supplies, tagging items, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold the brand's image and luxury standards in all interactions and tasks.
- Support sales associates as needed to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
