Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Front Desk Agents to join our team. This role is critical to our guests’ experience, serving as the first point of contact and ensuring a welcoming and efficient arrival and departure process. We have various shifts available, offering flexibility, and provide weekly pay. If you have a passion for hospitality and excel in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register guests, assign rooms, and issue room keys with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and providing necessary information.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, including new bookings, modifications, and cancellations, using the property management system.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages for guests.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), preferably OnQ.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
