Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-time Receptionist to join our team for the morning shift at our local office in Little Rock, AR. This vital role is the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings as needed.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and copying.
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
