Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Aesthetics Nurse (RN) with a strong focus on Botox and dermal filler injections to join our dynamic team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge aesthetic technologies and provide transformative results for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess an active RN license, extensive experience in cosmetic injectables, and a passion for patient care and aesthetic enhancement. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations, assessing needs and recommending appropriate aesthetic treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.).
- Administer cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.), following established protocols and best practices.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, potential side effects, and maintenance strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sterile environment in the treatment rooms.
- Stay current with the latest advancements, techniques, and products in the medical aesthetics industry.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure a seamless patient experience and contribute to clinic growth targets.
Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering Botox and dermal fillers in a medical aesthetic setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in facial anatomy and injection techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong patient assessment and consultation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- A passion for aesthetics and helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications in aesthetic procedures (e.g., Allergan Medical Institute training).
- Experience with other aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, body contouring, or skin rejuvenation.
- Sales or commission-based experience in a healthcare or luxury service environment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
