Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences? The Cheesecake Factory is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Server / Wait Staff. No prior experience is required – we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, paid training to ensure your success. You will learn everything from menu knowledge and table service etiquette to guest interaction and point-of-sale systems, all while working in a fast-paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering suggestions and answering questions about menu items.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous fashion.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and sections.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
