Job Description
This seasonal contract role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Best Buy’s commitment to customer excellence during the busy summer period. As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit designated Best Buy stores, posing as a regular customer, to evaluate various aspects of the shopping experience. Your objective observations and detailed reports will provide invaluable insights that help us maintain high standards of service, product presentation, and overall store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to assigned Best Buy store locations as a regular customer.
- Evaluate specific aspects of the store experience, including customer service, product availability, store cleanliness, promotional displays, and associate knowledge.
- Interact with store associates as a typical customer, adhering to a pre-defined scenario.
- Accurately and thoroughly document observations and experiences using our online reporting system.
- Submit detailed reports within specified deadlines, ensuring all required information is captured.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each shopping assignment.
