Job Description
Join Shopping China, a leading international department store, as a Department Store Greeter for the exciting holiday peak season! We are looking for energetic, welcoming individuals to create a positive first impression for our valued customers. In this temporary role, you will be the face of our store, guiding shoppers and ensuring a festive, enjoyable experience during one of our busiest times of the year. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all customers entering and exiting the department store.
- Provide friendly directions and basic information about store layout, departments, and promotions.
- Maintain a welcoming and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Offer assistance to customers, such as locating specific items or guiding them to customer service.
- Help manage crowd flow and ensure a pleasant atmosphere during high-traffic periods.
- Assist with basic store inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate staff members.
- Uphold the store's high standards of customer service and presentation.
