Job Description
Are you passionate about organization, aesthetics, and helping others create serene and functional spaces? California Closets is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Seasonal Closet Organizer to assist our clients in Osborne Village, Winnipeg, with their spring and fall wardrobe transitions. This temporary role involves hands-on decluttering, sorting, and organizing of closets and personal storage areas, ensuring our clients’ spaces are optimized for ease of use and visual appeal. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, implement effective organizational systems, and provide practical advice for maintaining a clutter-free environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to transform spaces and make a tangible difference in people’s daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' existing closet organization and specific needs for seasonal transitions (spring/fall).
- Collaborate with clients to define their desired outcomes and priorities for their closet spaces.
- Hands-on sorting, decluttering, and categorization of clothing, accessories, and other personal items.
- Implement custom organizational systems tailored to the client's wardrobe, lifestyle, and California Closets best practices.
- Provide recommendations for donation, consignment, or disposal of unwanted items.
- Offer guidance on maintaining newly organized spaces and sustainable organizational habits.
- Ensure client satisfaction through professional conduct, clear communication, and exceptional service.
- Document client preferences and project outcomes for continuity and potential future services.
Required Skills
- Proven exceptional organizational and decluttering abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and respect for client privacy and personal belongings.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in various home environments.

Preferred Qualifications
